Shipping
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and reliably.
- Pre-Order Collection: These items are made by hand in small batches and will ship within 3–4 weeks after each launch date. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
- Signature Line: These products are typically processed within 3–5 business days, with delivery timelines based on your location and selected shipping option.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and our small-batch model, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
