When you place a pre-order, your product is made just for you. Because everything is handcrafted in small batches, please allow 3–4 weeks for processing before shipping.

For in-stock Signature Line items, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-orders require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Not all of our products are made in Haiti, but many are deeply connected to it. Some ingredients are ethically sourced from Haiti..like vetiver and other native herbs ..and several formulas are inspired by traditional Haitian remedies. While some items are handcrafted by Sandra and others are produced in trusted labs outside of Haiti.
